A: Shop with us is easy and enjoyable! Just follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favorites on our website.
•Search or browse the site to locate the items you want to buy. 
•Once you have found an item you want to buy, select the quantities, sizes, etc. and add the item to your shopping cart.
•When your shopping is done and are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page.
•If you are a registered user, log in using your email address and password for checkout. If you are a new customer at our website, create an account and check out. For a faster checkout experience, we also offer the option to checkout without creating an account. 
•Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages.
•Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct.
•Submit the order and a confirmation email will be sent to you soon.

A: We accept Wise,PayPal, Western union, Moneygram, Remitly,credit card, including VISA, MasterCard . You will be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process if you are paying for your order using a PayPal, and you will find further instructions when you process your first order.

If you'd like to use other payment methods, contact our customer service representatives on the contact us page. We will reply to you within 12 hours. 

The order will be deliveried via FedEX,DHL,USPSor TNT,as usual,the FedEX will be the first choice cuz it almost deliver the order to anyplace of the world. So if the DHL or USPS is better for you ,please leave a comment in the order or email us via the button "contact us" on our website,we will do it according to your request.

Then you can track your order after we ship it out ,on the express company website. Like for FedEX,for USPS in USA. 

 1.Please confirm your shipping address before you pay for it and it is best for you to leave the phone number for contacting. Please provide a valid email address and check emails after you have purchased for any updated information.

2.Items are generally shipped out within 2 working days after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded.)

3. Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it is available. Package transitting time normally takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination, holidays and factors beyond Postal Service's control. If there is a little delay, please have more patience.

1.We accept the exchange if the items are not good for you ,but you need to contact us in 14 days. And the item should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition.

2.Please send an email to us  to specify the reason for returning at first, our support staff will provide you the shipping address.

3 Please take care when unpacking and repacking your products.。

4. Please enclose a piece of paper including the following information:

* Your name registered on our website.

* Order number,Order date,order ammount.

* Specify the reason for returning the item.

* the email address you use to login to our website.

5. Please put this piece of paper, and the product to be returned, into a parcel, and mail to us. Please provide us the tracking number once you have shipped them back.

6.We cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned to us that are lost in transit. If you are concerned, then we recommend that you send the goods by registered post and retain proof of posting.

Q3: How do I contact you if I have a question?

Q4: What if the product I want to buy is out of stock?

A: While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. We are sorry that back orders are not accepted at this time.

Q5: How much of the price if I make a large/bulk order?

A: You can send an email or leave a message to us about the products in the list and the quantity, we will reply to you about the price and shipping date in time.

Q6: How can I check my order status?

A: Check your order status follows the ways:
•Via e-mail. You are required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout; you will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.
•By My Account. You can check your order status on My Account page at our website after you place the order successfully.
•Contact us. If you still have questions about your order, click the contact us button and leave a message, we'll reply to you within 24 hours.

Q7: To which account will my return credit be refunded?

A: Your return credit will be refunded to the payment method that you selected on the return form. If you did not select a refund method on the return form, the refund will be credited to the method of payment for that order.

Q8: How long does it take for refunds to come through?

A: Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 or more business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
